What is your shipping policy?
Each piece is made to order and shipped UPS Ground. Delivery to your doorstep will take up to 2-4 weeks, hopefully sooner. I may have some pieces already made, if so, I will ship it within 2 days. You will be notified when it ships out.

What if I am local?
I will arrange for delivery or pick-up. It is that simple.

What's the return/exchange policy?
I stand behind the quality of my pieces. If for any reason you are not satisfied, jewelry may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping. We will also accept exchanges or provide a credit within fourteen days of delivery, minus shipping. Credits are available for one year from date of original purchase. You must notify us immediately with return request at sj@shannonjohnsonjewelry.com. Refund/exchange/credit will be submitted once the item is received at the studio. Items may be returned via UPS, FedEx, or USPS and all jewelry must be in its original condition.
What's the repair policy?
Repairs are few and free.
Custom and Commissioned work, how do we do that?
Simple, just email me and we will go from there. I LOVE LOVE LOVE creating meaningful pieces or creating something newly meaningful out of something old. One of my favorite things to do!
